O Anax foi formado em 2000 no Rio de Janeiro.A idéia principal da banda é fazer um Death Metal rápido,pesado e técnico, com influências nas bandas: Cannibal Corpse,Death e Morbid Angel.As letras abordam uma história baseada na literatura que nós lemos.Isso começa com o álbum Legion Antichrist,Kill The Forgiveness e etc.Nós não somos cristãos!E não apoiamos bandas cristãs!

Seguindo-se a isso, o Anax possui três integrantes :

Gillian Relvas = Voz e Guitarra
Marcio Ribeiro = Contra-baixo
Silvio Rocha = Bateria
