"The Mouth Speaks What The Heart Is Full" traz as primeiras experiências musicais de Escape From The World. O cortejo às máquinas e os pecados alheios permeiam a sonoridade densa e imprópria. EP gravado e mixado no Studio RMS, em Agudos-SP, 2012-2013, contendo 4 músicas: "Cows Follow the Evolution", "For Children Who Suffer Terror", "Sinner" e "The Wait". Atualmente, concentram os esforços nas demais canções que irão compor o futuro álbum.
