How I’ve Balanced Fitness and Business for Two Years

I’m no fitness expert, but after having three kids and prioritizing my business at the expense of my health, I knew it was time for a change. I put on nearly 30 pounds over the years, and I then decided it was time to take control of my health again, on my terms.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing five strategies that have helped me consistently balance entrepreneurship and personal health. These are realistic, sustainable methods that have worked for me as a busy business owner and parent.
My goal is to encourage anyone who’s feeling overwhelmed or stuck. You can take care of your body and run a business successfully—without following someone else’s rules. You deserve to feel your best, and it can be done on your own terms.
